Blackheath Library;

If you have a baby or toddler you may be interested to know that there are baby and toddler rhyme/story time and Spanish rhyme time sessions at the library opposite Mummas and Bubbas.  Please contact Blackheath Library for further information on 020 8858 1131.

Greenwich;

Greenwich Park, National Maritime Museum and the Royal Observatory are near by.  The Royal Observatory now has a planetarium showing for younger children.  The National Maritime Museum runs workshops for babies and toddlers, for more information please go to; www.nmm.ac.uk

How to find us;

BY UNDERGROUND AND BUS CONNECTIONS – FROM CENTRAL LONDON

Take the Jubilee Line east to North Greenwich Station, once outside make your way to
Bus stop B where you can catch either the 108 or 422 buses to Blackheath Standard.

BY TRAIN – FROM LONDON
Take the Dartford/Gravesend via Greenwich train from Charing Cross, Waterloo East or
London Bridge and alight at Westcombe Park. Turn right as you leave the station and 

walk down to Westcombe Park Road. At the bottom turn right and walk up the hill
(very steep!) for approximately 10 Minutes.

BY CAR – FROM THE BLACKWALL TUNNEL – HEADING SOUTH
Pass the Express Hotel, and super stores on your left (UCI Cinema, B&Q, Comet and
Sainsbury). Take the 3rd exit Signposted A2 Central London. (This is the first exit that
goes up to a roundabout). This roundabout is called ‘The Sun in the Sands’, take the
1st exit past The Sun in the Sands pub (Shooters Hill Road). Continue on this road for
approximately 200m past the Shell petrol station. Take the 1st turning on your left
(Old Dover Road).

BY CAR – FROM THE M25
Take Junction 2 – M2 Central London. Go straight over the 1st set of traffic lights in the
left hand lane, about 200m after the lights take the next exit, signposted A2 Central
London. Take the 3rd exit from the roundabout past the Sun in the Sands Pub
(Shooters Hill Road). Continue on this road for approximately 200m past the Shell
petrol station. Take the 1st turning on your left (Old Dover Road)
